Almond Flour vs. Almond Meal: What's the Difference?
An almond meal, which can be used as an almond flour substitute, is more versatile than other almond flours because it can be used for baking and cooking, as well as making nut free dishes.

The spice rack is an excellent kitchen tool as it allows you to experiment and create new combinations of flavors. You can make your own blends of spices or buy ready-made mixes containing many essential spices.
Some people don't like spices. These people believe spices are a masking agent and do not enhance natural flavors. A pinch of salt and pepper can enhance the flavor of your food.

Do you know how to make curry paste?
Curry paste can be made with dried chillies. It's used extensively in Thai cuisine.
One of the most widely used condiments in Southeast Asia is curry paste. It adds a unique flavour to many dishes, such as curries, soups, stir-fries, salads, rice dishes, noodles, and desserts.
It is easy to make your own at-home recipes! Follow our step by step guide below.
Step1 - Prepare Ingredients
- You need to prepare all ingredients before starting this recipe.
- To begin, you will need to peel and chop shallots (about 2 cups). Then, cut the galangal roots into small pieces (approximately 3 inches in length), and then set aside.
- Next, remove and cut the cloves of garlic (about four cloves). Peel and finely mince lemongrass stems (about 1/2 inch thick).
- Next, crush the dried red chilli peppers (4 tablespoons) and then remove the seeds (optional).
- Next, slice the kaffir lime leaves in thin strips of about 5 inches. Remove the white part of the stem and set it aside.
- After draining the shrimp paste, wash it well and then coarsely smash it.
- Final, weigh out salt and sugar.
Step2 - Grind Ingredients
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- The texture should be very similar to peanut butter.
- If you would like to reduce the amount oil in your dish, you could substitute water for some of it.
Step3 - Add Coconut Milk
- Mix the coconut milk into the mixture.
- Slowly add coconut milk to ensure that the paste doesn't become too sticky.
- If you like it milder, reduce the number of chillies used and add more galangal root.
- You may prefer it hotter, so add more chilies or less galangalroot. The final result should taste delicious to you.
Step4 – Serve
- Serve with your favourite foods.
- Enjoy!
