Air Fryer Cauliflower is a quick and easy side dish that only requires two ingredients. Natural gluten-free, vegan, whole30, and paleo too!
Air Fryer Cauliflower PIN
This recipe combines my two favorite things: air fryer and cauliflower!
It would be my favorite recipe if I added some blueberry Kefir Pancakes ....but it would also be a VRY, VRY weird one no?
You can use cauliflower as a side dish for dinner in many different ways. For example, you can bake cauliflower au gratin or air fry buffalo cauliflower. But sometimes, you just want the cauliflower in its original form.
I've been making this super easy recipe with only 2 ingredients for the past few weeks because it is so convenient to have.
Roasted Air Fryer Cauliflower Ingredients
You know that I am obsessed with my Air Fryer. I use mine to cook delicious meals, snacks, and appetizers, and I love the fact that it uses air instead of oil to fry food! It still gives me that delicious crispy, fried flavor we all love, but without the oil! This is a win-win! This cauliflower air fryer will amaze you with how easy it is to make, and only requires a few ingredients. What you will need is:
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Cauliflower cut into florets
Cauliflower cooked in an air fryer
What am I trying to say? You probably have 3 ingredients at home already! SCORE! It's going to be delicious and ready in no time! How to cook it?
Toss
Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and generously drizzle with oil. Then, sprinkle the salt over everything. Sprinkle salt evenly over the cauliflower.
Cook
Cook the cauliflower at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in a single-layer in your air fryer's mesh basket until it is golden brown and fork tender.
Enjoy
After the cauliflower has been cooked, let it cool down and then serve with your favorite side dishes. DEVOUR!
Do you not have an air fryer? Make this parmesan-roasted ranch cauliflower instead!
Air Fryer Cauliflower - How long should it be cooked?
Air fryers cook differently. Mine takes 17-22 minutes to achieve the perfect cauliflower, depending on how many florets are in the air fryer and the size. You can pull the cauliflower out before it turns golden brown, which is around 17 minutes in an air fryer. I would leave it for closer to 22 mins if you prefer it nice and golden brown. You can adjust the cooking time according to your preference. For more air fryer recipe ideas, check out our Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes and Air Fryer Chicken Wings.
How can you tell when Air Fryer roasted Cauliflower has been cooked?
There are different stages of doneness when cooking cauliflower in an air fryer. You want it fork-tender. I also enjoy it when it is golden brown and crispy.
What can you serve with Cauliflower ?
Cauliflower has to be the most versatile vegetable and is one of my favorites! The mild flavor makes it a low-carb alternative to rice or pasta. It also has a fantastic texture! Here's what you can serve with this recipe to make it a complete meal:
- Protein: Whole30 Sweet and Sour Paleo Meatballs or Chinese 5 Spice Chicken Thighs would make a great addition to the cauliflower. If you like seafood, serve sauteed shrimp or cauliflower with the sauce.
- Stir Fries with roasted cauliflower are my go-to. These are quick and easy to make, but taste delicious! I would recommend the Easy Low Carb, Keto Stir Fry or Paleo Grilled beef Stir Fry With Asian Almond dressing.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the main Flavours of Thai Cooking?
Thai cuisine includes several distinct regional cuisines. These include Northern Thai food, Central Thai food, Southern Thai food, Eastern Thai food, Western Thai food, and Northeastern Thai. Each region has its distinctive flavour profile.
Thai food has many common flavors, including sweet, salty.
Sweetness is essential for Thais because it makes the dishes palatable. Thai cuisine relies heavily on sweet ingredients, such as coconut milk (gula melaka), and palm sugar.
Sourness is also very popular in Thailand. Hot dishes often pair well with sour foods. This helps to balance out the heat.
Thai food has a lot of spicy ingredients. Thai recipes often include spices such as galangal and ginger root.
Which are the best Thai spice?
The best Thai spices include lemongrass, galangal, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. Other good spices include clove, cardamom and black peppercorn as well as cloves, star anise and cloves.
Rose petals, bay leaves and pandan leaves are all valuable spices.
Can you put spice in a drink?
I love how spices bring flavour to food. But how can you make them live when they're used in drinks.
Spices can bring out the best of any beverage. Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to your favorite beverage, such as coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
Most recipes call for ground spices. This means that you'll need fresh whole spice. This makes sense, but it is expensive, takes time, and requires storage space.
This is where the magic happens. With your creativity, you can turn your favorite spices into easy-to-use powdered products. These spices can be mixed into favorite beverages to create tasty spiced drinks.
Two ways can you make powders. The first involves the grinding of whole spices to make fine powder. A mortar and pestle is another method to grind the spices to a finer consistency.
Whichever method you choose, you'll find that the resulting powder is much easier to measure out and store than whole spices. Powder keeps well, so you will never run out.
You can experiment with mixing spices to create different flavours. You could make minty water by combining spearmint and peppermint. Or ginger and cardamom pods to make spicy ginger tea.
Once you are proficient in making powdered spice, you can also apply this technique to herbs. Some popular herbs include basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, and sage.
There are many options. Powdered spices can be used to add flavour to beverages or enhance the flavor of dishes like soups, salads and pasta.
What is the use of garlic in Thai cooking?
Thai cuisine includes garlic. Garlic is often used to make Thai dishes, including salads and soups, stir-fries and curries, as well as sauces and sauces.
Thai garlic is fried in a mixture of shallots and ginger. In addition, it is commonly eaten with sticky rice.
It is common to mince garlic and then mix it with chili paste, salt, fish sauce and lime juice. This is known as "Nam Phrik", or namphrik. Nam phrik often comes with grilled chicken breast or beef.
Can Thai food contain cumin?
Cumin is a popular spice in Thai cuisine. Many Thai dishes are made with cumin, garlic, ginger and coriander.
Some popular uses for cumin in Thai cooking include stir-fries, curries, soups and salads. Additionally, cumin is sometimes added to marinades, dressings and sauces. While cumin gives Thai food its distinctive flavour, other spices are also at play.
Chilli peppers, garlic, ginger and fish sauce add unique spices and flavours to the mix. Chefs can create unique dishes by combining different spices in different amounts.
Cumin is an essential ingredient in Thai cooking. It is used in many Thai traditional dishes. This spice gives Thai food a distinct and complex flavor. Cumin is an important ingredient in Thai cuisine because it adds unique spices to many dishes.
In Thai cuisine, chefs can add spices like cumin into their dishes to create authentic flavours. The answer is yes, cumin is an essential component of many Thai traditional dishes.

How To
How do you make a garlic press?
A garlic press is an essential tool for any home cook. It can be used to quickly mince garlic into a paste. It is great for crushing whole garlic cloves in a buttery spread, or garlic salt.
If you don't yet have a garlic presse, you may be wondering where to get one. Luckily, we've got some tips to help you get started.
First, you need a large dish. Place the bowl below the press and pour in the crushed garlic. Now, set the pressure regulator valve to the maximum.
Next, move the handle clockwise so that you hear a click. The top part of the press should lift off and reveal a flat surface that will allow you to slide the blade back and forth over the bowl. Keep turning the handle clockwise until you reach the end of the blades.
Finally, remove the pressed garlic.
Here are other ways you can make use of this versatile tool.
- Garlic mince can be added to soups or sauces, salads or dips.
- Use the press for whole garlic cloves to make a buttery spread
- Before baking, crush whole cloves of garlic on pizza dough
- Combine roasted garlic with mashed potatoes and creamy polenta
- Use the press to mash garlic into homemade pesto
- Blend garlic to make a smooth vinaigrette
