FAQs
You can use a mixer, but you will end up with extra dishes. Instead, use a mason-jar. Shake the mixture really well, then put it in a jar.
You can substitute vegetable oil for olive oil, but it will taste better. You can substitute avocado oil or grapeseed oils if you wish.
No fresh thyme available? No problem! You can use dried thyme in place of fresh - just about a third less than the amount called for by the recipe. Try other herbs such as basil, oregano or parsley.
You can absolutely swap honey with other natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, agave syrup, or simple sugar syrup. You may need to adjust the sweetness and taste if you want it to be just right.
Double or triple your recipe. It should keep fresh in the refrigerator for two weeks if you store it in an airtight jar.
How to store Lemon Vinaigrette
A mason jar or other airtight container with a lid will keep your vinaigrette in good condition. You can keep it fresh by putting it in the refrigerator and avoiding direct heat or light. Don't worry if the vinaigrette separates. Just give it a good stir or shake to mix everything up.
Shelf life and freshness
Your perfect lemon vinaigrette will last for up to two weeks if you store it correctly. Don't forget, always use clean utensils to handle it. This will keep it bacteria-free and fresh.
Perfect Lemon Vinaigrette Recipe

What Thai spice is needed to make Thai food at my home?
You will need to know five key spices in order to make authentic Thai food at your home: cayenne pepper, coriander seeds and turmeric. Each ingredient has a unique flavor profile and plays an essential role in creating delicious dishes.
Cinnamon brings out the sweetness of black pepper, while white pepper enhances the savoury flavours. Curry powder is given its characteristic yellow colour by turmeric and coriander seed. Cayenne peppers heat up the dish, while cilantro adds flavor and freshness. A final ingredient is cinnamon, which adds depth and complexity.
You can find each of these spices at your local grocery store, but if you'd instead buy them online, here are our recommendations for where to shop.

Thailand's most popular food is sourness. Hot dishes often pair well with sour foods. This combination balances out the heat.
Thai food includes spicy food. Thai cuisine is rich in spices like galangal, ginger root and chilli pepper.

What are the 7 Indian spices that you can use?
Indian spices are a collection of spices used in Indian cuisine. They are usually made up of cardamoms, cumins, corianders, turmeric and fenugreek. These spices add flavour and aroma to dishes by blending and complementing natural ingredients such as meats and vegetables. Combining spices creates unique flavour profiles that make Indian food so special.

What's the Difference Between Cooking With Whole vs. Ground Spices?
There is no difference in cooking with whole spices and cooked with ground spices. After harvesting, spices are ground. It doesn't make a difference in terms of quality.
The price difference is however significant. Because of the labor involved in making whole spices, they cost more. But the flavour is worth it.
If you purchase whole spices in bulk, you might get an additional discount. If you buy a whole bag of cinnamon sticks, you may get a discount.
The same is true for nutmeg cloves ginger, cardamom, and ginger. You might be able to save money by buying these spices in bulk.
Ground spices last much longer than whole spices. Ground spices lose their potency very quickly due to oxidation.
The main reason we recommend whole spices over dried is that they can add lots of flavor to recipes.
You can make delicious curry using whole turmeric, instead of ground turmeric. You can also use whole coriander to create a spice combination for chicken dishes.
Also, grinding spices takes time. A large amount of whole spices is a good idea. So you don't run short of spices.
What are the most delicious Thai spices?
The best Thai spices include lemongrass, galangal, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger. Other good spices include clove, cardamom and black peppercorn as well as cloves, star anise and cloves.
Rose petals, bay, pandan leaves (curry leaves), curry leaves; pandan leaves; kaffir lime leaf leaves; vanilla beans; tamarind pods; lemon grass, basil, and mine are some other valuable spices.

How to store cooking spices?
I will tell you how to store cooking spices for optimal performance. We must first understand the science behind food storage.
Because light can diminish the flavour of spices, they should be kept in sealed containers. This is due oxygen reacting with organic compounds such that spices, causing oxidation.
To prevent oxidation, spices should be stored in dark cupboards. Spices will lose their flavour quickly if the conditions aren’t met.
Keep spices fresh by storing them in airtight jars out of direct sunlight.
To make flavoured drinks, you can add herbs or spices to water. To make a cinnamon-flavored drink, combine two teaspoons of ground ginger with half a cup of warm water. Stir and mix well. Add a squeezed lemon juice and serve immediately.
Add dried herbs and spices to soups. Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly on the dish, and let it sit for five to ten minutes before you serve.
As snacks, leftover cooked vegetables and fruits can be added into your favourite recipes.
Fresh herbs and spices can be enjoyed by being chopped or broken up. You can freeze herbs or spices by placing them on ice cube tray or muffin cups. Once frozen, transfer them to freezer bags and zip-top plastic bag.
