This marinade is simple and easy to make. It's simple yet delicious!

  • Two pork shoulder steaks, one inch thick
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp
  • Fresh rosemary chopped
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper and sea salt

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Marinate the steaks in extra virgin olive oils, crushed garlic, rosemary and sea salt. Allow them to sit at room temperature at least 30 min.

Add the marinated steaks to a large skillet on HIGH heat. The steaks should be seared for 2-3 minutes per side, until they are browned.

Transfer the steaks to the oven and heat it up. Bake the pork for 10 minutes or until it reaches 145degF at the thickest portion.

Rest

Transfer the roasted chicken to plates. Let them rest in the oven for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh vegetables and rosemary sprigs.
