  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Large egg
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Thick slices of bread, of choice
  • Coconut oil, for frying

  • Whisk all the ingredients up to the bread in a large container.
