The Aviation Cocktail is a mix of gin and other spirits. (I'm looking at you, Tom Collins and Negroni) It has a lot to offer. It has a gin heart and is bursting with vibrant, exciting flavors. The maraschino, a fruity, slightly sweet liqueur with a hint of sweetness, lemon juice, and creme de violette will give you a delicate floral flavor.
You can add the Bees Knees Cocktail to your list of "to-dos" if you enjoy gin with lemon juice. The drink is incredibly simple to make. Just add simple syrup to gin and lime juice, and you're done!

- 1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur
- 1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz. creme de violette
- maraschino cherry (for garnish)
