  • Gluten-Free - This means that gluten has been removed from the formulation.
  • Non-Toxic-The product doesn't contain any toxic chemicals, carcinogens, and/or other harmful substances that could be harmful to your health.
  • Biodegradable - the product will break down into harmless components when discarded.
  • Pesticide-Free - No pesticides have been used in the growing and harvesting process.
  • GMO-Free: This means that no product ingredient contains genetically engineered organisms.
  • Certified Organic is a certification that the ingredients of the recipe were grown using sustainable methods.


Are organic foods healthier?

According to the Environmental Working Group’s latest report on pesticide residues, organic fruits/vegetables had nearly half as many pesticides than non-organic. They found that organic apples contained eight times fewer pesticides than non-organic apples, while organic strawberries were four times cleaner than their conventional counterparts.

Other studies suggest that eating organic food reduces exposure to toxic metals like lead and mercury. One study found that organic meats had 33 percent less lead in children than the levels of those who did not eat them. You should choose fresh meats rather than frozen or canned. Frozen and canned foods often contain less nutrient-rich ingredients like high fructose corn syrup.

In this article, I will share my tips and tricks for buying organic meat without having to break the bank.

Here are some tips to help you find low-cost organic meats. Also, how much per pound they cost. You will be able to make the most of what you have purchased.

You don't need to spend a lot of money to eat healthily. Sometimes creativity is required to make money while still eating healthy. Here are some ways you can cut down on food expenses while still getting the best from organic meat.

  1. Shop at wholesale clubs - Sams Club or Costco are great places to buy bulk foods such as chicken breasts and pork chops. If you are fortunate enough to live near one, you may be able get discounts up to 50 lbs on large quantities. This will ensure that you don't waste any meat. And if you buy it in bulk, you can freeze it, so it lasts longer.
  2. Look online to save money on meat. Amazon offers Prime Pantry, a weekly deal with free shipping on orders above $35. They offer discounts for beef roasts and ground beef as well as lamb steaks, lamb steaks, pork loins, and other items. It is easy to browse their website and check out what is on offer at different times.
  3. Locate a farmer in your area. Local farmers are usually cheaper than big box retailers as they don’t pay high stocking fees. They also know what their animals ate and drink so they can tell exactly what is inside.
