This is an important distinction because it has a significant impact on the nutrition of the beef that you consume. The differences between grass-fed and grain fed meat are vast.
Free from Hormones & Antibiotics
Grass-fed beef is more nutritious than grain-fed beef because the cattle are fed a varied diet, so their meat is more flavorful. Grass-fed beef also has a lower fat content than grain-fed beef, so it’s healthier when eaten in moderation.
