Does Thai use ginger?

Yes. Traditional Thai cuisine uses ginger extensively. It is often added to stir-fries and soups and is also commonly used in desserts and drinks such as lassis.

Ginger is a common ginger plant in China, Japan, Korea, and elsewhere. Its origins can be traced back to more than 5,000years ago. It is believed that ginger originated in Southeast Asia where it was grown for medicinal purposes.

How to Make a Garlic Pressure?

A garlic press can be one of the most important tools in a home cook's toolbox. You can quickly mince garlic or make a paste. You can also crush whole garlic cloves to make buttery spreads or garlic seasonings.

If you don't yet have a garlic presse, you may be wondering where to get one. Here are some tips that will help you get started.

First things first: you'll need a large bowl. Place the bowl underneath the press and pour the crushed garlic into it. Set the pressure regulator valve at the maximum setting.

Next, turn your handle clockwise to hear a click. The top end of the press should lift and reveal a flat area that allows you to slide your blade back and forth across the bowl. Keep turning the handle clockwise until you reach the end of the blades.

Finally, take out the pressed ginger and enjoy!

Here are other ways you can make use of this versatile tool.

  • You can add minced garlic to soups and sauces, salads, dips, or as a seasoning.
