This simple recipe for spice-rubbed thighs of chicken is ideal for a summer evening. It's easy to prepare and delicious!
Spice-Rubbed chicken thighs
Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 3 tsp. Paprika
- 2 tsp. Dark Chili Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- Thyme, 1 1/2 tsp
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. 1 tsp.
- 3 lb. 3 lb.
Directions
Pre-heat grill to medium. Add a grill mat made of mesh to the grill. Brush lightly with olive oil.
Combine all spices in a medium-sized bowl. In a medium bowl, combine all spices. Coat both sides of the chicken thighs with the spice mix.
Grill the chicken until it is fully cooked on both sides. About 5 to 8 minutes on each side.
Serve. Serve with grilled zucchini or squash, mixed with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
