It is easy to make your own at-home recipes! Follow the steps below to make it easy!

Step1 - Prepare Ingredients

You need to prepare all ingredients before starting this recipe.
Start by peeling and chopping shallots (about 2 cups). Next, chop galangal root into small pieces (3 inches in length) and place aside.
Next, peel and slice garlic cloves (about four cloves). Lemongrass stems about 1/2 inch thick should be removed and finely chopped.
You can then crush the red chilli bell peppers into small pieces (about 4 tablespoons), and then you can remove the seeds (optional).
Next, trim the kaffir lime leaves into strips about 5 inches in length. The white part of your stem should be removed and put aside.
Then drain the shrimp paste (6 ounces) and then coarsely mash it.
Finally, measure the sugar and salt.
