Can garlic be used in Thai cooking

Thai cuisine makes use of garlic. Garlic is often used to make Thai dishes, including salads and soups, stir-fries and curries, as well as sauces and sauces.

Almond Flour vs. Almond Meal. What's The Difference?

An almond meal can be used as an alternative to almond flour. It can also be used in cooking and baking.

Almond flour can also be gluten-containing, which can make it difficult to digest. Avoid gluten-free food if you have celiac disease, or any other digestive disorder.

Almond flour isn’t considered a superfood per se but it does contain healthy fats, fibre and protein and no cholesterol.

The nutritional benefits of the almond meal include magnesium, copper, iron, zinc, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and vitamins A, B1 (thiamin), and C. In addition, it provides 25 percent of the daily value for folate, 20 percent for niacin, 15 percent for pantothenic acid, and 5 percent for riboflavin.

Almond flour is made with almonds. Almond oils contain polyunsaturated essential fatty acids. Both types reduce LDL (bad) cholesterol and increase HDL ("good") cholesterol.

In addition, almond flour is rich in antioxidants, including flavonoids, phenolics, and proanthocyanidins. These compounds prevent free radical-induced oxidative stress.

A study published by the Journal of Agricultural Food Chemistry revealed that almond flour had an antioxidant activity equal to that of blueberries.

Almond flour is commonly sold together with almondmilk, which has additional nutrients.


What is the most well-known ingredient in Thai cuisine?

Two main ingredients are the heart of Thai cuisine: curry and rice. These two ingredients combine to produce a unique flavor.

In Thailand, we call this combination "Khao Pad Krai," which means 'the best dish.' This is because when these two basic foods are combined into a single dish, they become incredibly delicious and irresistible.

The same goes for life. If you combine hard work with perseverance, you can achieve great success.

Like Khao Pad Krai, you can also succeed by combining the right ingredients: passion and purpose. If you put them together, you'll produce something extraordinary.

Here's how to store your cooking spices for maximum performance. First, we must understand how food is stored.

Keep spices out of direct sunlight as light will reduce their flavor. This is due to oxidation which occurs when oxygen combines with organic compounds such as those found in spices.

To prevent oxidation of spices, keep them in dark cupboards. These conditions can cause spices to quickly lose their flavor.

It is the best way to preserve spices' flavours by keeping them out of direct sunlight.

To make flavoured drinks, you can add herbs or spices to water. Mix 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon with 1/2 cup of warm liquid and stir. Serve immediately with a squeeze of lemon.

Dried herbs and spices can be added to soups and stews, casseroles and rice dishes. Simply sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over the dish and sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
