What is the non-alcoholic or healthy version of a Pina Colada drink?
Instead of cream of Coconut, use unsweetened coconut milk and pineapple juice. The sweetness will not be lost because you can use a few drops liquid stevia, or any other low-calorie sweetener. You can still enjoy the tropical taste without adding any sugar.
You can make a non-alcoholic Pina Colada by substituting the rum for pineapple juice or coconut waters. It's non-alcoholic, but still delicious.
