How To Make Pumpkin Protein Bars
I think there's nothing better than something so tasty that is also easy to make. These bars are also my JAM. It only takes a few easy steps to turn them into a reality. They'll be your new favorite snack! How to make them?
Set your oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the pan with parchment paper and spray a little oil on it. Set aside.
Stir
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, maple syrup and vanilla extract. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin, egg whites, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Add the quick oats, and then add the wet to the dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Spread the batter in the pan using a rubber spatula. Sprinkle pecans on top and drizzle syrup over. Bake it until the middle is set.
DEVOUR
Slice and serve after cooling completely! Enjoy!
How to store pumpkin protein bars
Baking a few batches of these bars will allow you to enjoy them later. Store them in a container that is airtight in your refrigerator. This will keep them fresh for about a week. You can keep the bars in the freezer for up to one month if you have any left over after a week. Enjoy these delicious, easy, and nutritious bars whenever you like!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Pumpkin Not pumpkin pie filling
- 3/4 cup Egg Whites About 6 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup Plus more for drizzling
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup Truvia
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice Plus 2 teaspoons
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1/3 cup Pecans Chopped
Instructions

Spray cooking spray on parchment paper and line a 8x8-inch pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin, egg yolks, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Stir together the pumpkin pie spice, truvia and protein powder in a medium-sized bowl.
