Ingredients

It's easy to make, with just 3 ounces Pisco. What you will need is:

  • 3 oz. Pisco

  • This drink is dominated by pisco, but you might want to look for or a lighter version. If you cannot find a light version, just pour it slowly.
  • I always tell people to go fresh. Instead of buying lime juice in a bottle, squeeze your own. It's a little more work, but nothing worth having was ever simple. This is true for both life and Pisco Sours. Fresh stuff is better, just as using organic, free range egg whites, is a healthier option (although it is more expensive).
