What is inorganic foods?

These foods cannot be grown by farmers using conventional methods. However, they can use approved natural methods to control pests, like crop rotation and cover crops, or animal feed made of organic materials.

The farmer must also follow the guidelines for how much fertilizer and insecticide he uses throughout the growing season. He must also rotate his fields among different crops. Farmers cannot use genetically modified organisms (GMOs), artificial growth hormones, synthetic insecticides, or synthetic fertilizers.

Vegetables and fruits labeled as "100% organic" fulfill all of the requirements. But some farms do not label their products as 100% organic because it would confuse consumers. Instead, they will say that their product is "made with organic components". "


What are organic products that can be used on the skin?

Organic skincare products don't contain any synthetic chemicals such as parabens or phthalates.

Organic skincare products are also free of artificial colours, fragrances, preservatives, emulsifiers, GMOs, petrochemicals, animal testing (except cosmetics tested on animals), pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, heavy metals, and other contaminants.

  • Vegetarian/Vegetarian - All ingredients are vegan or vegetarian.
  • Gluten-Free - This means that gluten has been removed from the formulation.
  • Non-Toxic - The product doesn't contain toxins, carcinogens, or other dangerous compounds that could harm your health.
  • Biodegradable - the product will break down into harmless components when discarded.
  • Pesticide-Free - No pesticides have been used in the growing and harvesting process.
  • GMO-Free is a declaration that the product does not contain genetically modified organisms.
  • Certified Organic is a certification that the ingredients of the recipe were grown using sustainable methods.

You could also tell them organic food is more expensive. This doesn't necessarily mean organic food tastes better. It may even make them question your motives.

Instead, you should highlight its many benefits. Organic food is more nutritious, has fewer pesticides, and uses fewer antibiotics. Plus, it's grown without synthetic fertilizers and herbicides, which means it's healthier for us and our environment.

Organic food is often avoided because it's too costly. But as long as they consider the health benefits, they may decide that spending a few dollars per week is worth it.
