Herbs and Spices For Mediterranean-Style Grilled Vegetables

Herbs and spices are an excellent way to add flavor to grilled vegetables. They also work well as a complement to meat or fish dishes, too.

There are plenty of herbs and spices to choose from, including rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, and garlic. All of these are anti-inflammatory, so they’ll help support your health goals.

Rosemary
