Healthy skin is our largest organ, forming a natural, attractive and flexible cover. The skin contains millions of nerves which perform many important functions. These include transmitting signals from the inside and out, such as heat, cold and touch.
The skin is also a protective barrier that protects against ultraviolet light, chemicals, bacteria, and viruses. It can also cushion against pressure, friction, and blows.
The sweat glands are responsible for maintaining our body's constant temperature by regulating perspiration, constriction, and dilation.
Skin is a mirror that reflects the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of a person. It also reveals their lifestyle and health. Your skin is a mirror of your personality and lifestyle.
A change in lifestyle can often be the answer to skin that is loose, pale, dry, splotchy, or tired-looking.
These changes can include increasing the amount of whole foods, avoiding fast food, processed food, and pop drinks as well as sugar and artificial sweeteners, and reducing alcohol, smoking and excess consumption.
Exercise, good sleep, and stress reduction through yoga, massages, meditation and pilates are also important. Laughter is the best medicine, so make sure you laugh! !
The skin is forced to do extra work in order to remove toxins. A combination of milk thistle tincture, capsules or both and infrared heat helps detoxify the body.

The Epidermis
This is the outermost layer of skin that locks in moisture while blocking harmful substances from entering your body.
Dermis
The second layer of skin is where stretch marks appear. This is also where collagen and elastic fibers are produced, which give the skin its ability to regain its shape after stretching.
A firmer, younger look is achieved by increasing collagen. Dermis contains oil and sweat glands which lubricate the skin, eliminate toxins and regulate temperature.
The Hypodermis
The third layer of skin is made up of connective tissue, fat and blood vessels. These carry away waste and replace skin cells.
Women want rosy, glowing, silky skin that is soft and warm to touch.
Women's magazines, television, and radio promote natural, organic, hypoallergenic, anti-aging skin care products that are also ph balanced and winkle free. But is this a myth or not?
The cosmetics and personal care industries are primarily interested in profit and promotion of their products and not your health.
They sell an image and not necessarily a product that is safe or effective. What does "new improved" really mean on the label?
Statistically, most North American women use up to 12 cosmetics, make-ups or personal care products daily. Most of them are loaded with toxic, dangerous chemical ingredients that can be harmful to skin.

Have you noticed that the models who promote beautiful, healthy skin for well-known brands are between 18 and 25 years old? They are deceiving and misleading women.
The largest organ of our body, and possibly the most important, is the natural cover that we wear.
In each square centimeter, the three-layered miracle contains six million cells, 5000 sensory endings, 200 receptors for pain, 100 sweat glands and 20-40 sebaceous ducts. Also, 25% of blood circulation in our body circulates through our skin. This is our outpost immune system.
There are three different types of skin:
Normal, dry or greasy skin. Because chlorinated water further dries your skin, you should moisturize and nourish it daily with herbal products that do not contain harmful chemicals.
It is essential to understand the skin's incredible performance in order to take proper care of it.

The skin must breathe, and it needs to be cleaned carefully, especially for those who use a lot of make-up . It also needs to be moisturised, and oxygen, and blood should all have been purified.
Skin becomes thinner, drier and more wrinkled as it ages. Since 70% of our body is water, most elderly people don't consume enough liquids daily. Slowly, the layer of fat that gives skin its youthful softness begins to shrink and eventually doesn't regenerate.
There are three main ways that people age.
Chronological Ageing
You can't stop it and the majority of anti-aging wrinkle creams don't work, but you could buy into this illusion! It is actually a myth.
Environmental Aging
Since you inherit your skin at birth, it is important to protect the skin from injury, wind, sun, and other factors.
Lifestyle Aging
As the old saying goes, "You are what you eat"! Smoking, drinking alcohol and not exercising will all affect your appearance and how you feel. It is vital to drink enough water as it helps flush out toxins.
Secrets for a Healthy Skin
Moisturize:
Use a non-irritating cream like a Neem or Rosa cream, which does not contain harmful toxic ingredients.
Apply the lotion after a shower or bath when your skin is still moist. Reapply as needed throughout the day, especially if you use chlorinated water that will dry your skin.
Avoid Irritants
Chemical irritants in the home and workplace, such as harsh soaps and cleaning products, and chemicals used to clean and disinfect can cause itchiness and a reddening of the skin.
You may develop eczema or dermatitis. Use herbal and natural products for personal care and cleaning. You should also ensure that the environment in your home and workplace is non-toxic.
Showering & bathing
Showering with hot water and harsh soaps can dry out your skin by removing the protective oils.
It is best to use lukewarm water with a neem-based soap or shower gel, as well as a chemical-free mild product that has a pH balance.
Healthy Diet
Avoid junk food and pop, avoid smoking, excessive alcohol, and consume more vitamin-rich foods like vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
Water & Sun
Keep hydrated by drinking pure water without chlorine. Detoxify the body using natural herbal remedies such as milk thistle.
Avoid tanning salons and excessive exposure to ultra violet rays by using an infrared Sauna.
Climate Control
It is important to maintain a humidity level of 55% in your home, especially during the winter months when the heating is on. This will help keep the skin moisturized.
It is possible to measure this using an hydrometer. These are available in most hardware stores. The best temperature for a room would be between 22 degrees C and 70 F. This helps prevent premature aging. Plants that purify air can also be grown.
You can find a wide range of herbal and quality cosmetic products on the market that do not contain harmful chemicals (toxic, dangerous, toxic chemical ingredients). All you have to is conduct your own research.

What are healing flowers?
Healing flowers are plants that promote peace and tranquillity. They help us unwind after a stressful day and make us feel more relaxed.
They also help us connect to our inner selves and reconnect with nature.
These beautiful blooms are used for meditation, prayer, and contemplation.
We call hundreds of varieties of flowering plants ‘healing’ because they provide such a fantastic experience.
This list includes roses, lilies, irises, daffodils, peonies, tulips, hyacinths, and many more.
But there are two species that I find particularly special. These are the Geranium and Lilium.
Geraniums are very easy to grow and come in various colors. Liliums are also known as lily-of-the-valley, which means 'lily' and 'valley.' Both of these species are popular garden flowers.
Healing flowers are often found growing near water. They are said to bring peace and calmness to those who meditate with them.
In ancient times, people would light candles in flower petals to symbolize the sun. This way, they could honor the sun without needing to go outdoors.
Some say that when you look at these flowers, you may see angels dancing.
Which herbs are healing herbs?
If you look for healing herbs, you won’t find them in the supermarket. There isn’t any place to buy them. There is no store selling them.
You haven’t been able to find healing herbs because they aren’t sold anywhere. They are grown right here in our backyard.
Healing herbs are plants that grow naturally in North America. Like many common household items, these herbs grow throughout the United States and Canada.
These herbs treat minor ailments such as colds, flu, sore throats, coughs, and headaches. Many of these herbs have been used for centuries to help heal wounds and promote overall health.
Of course, when we say “heal,” we mean more than simply treating an illness. We also refer to the ability of these herbs to restore balance and harmony within ourselves and the world around us.
For example, the chamomile herb helps relieve stress. This means that if you feel stressed out, you may benefit from taking chamomile tea. Chamomile tea has been shown to reduce anxiety and nervous tension.
In addition, chamomile tea has been proven effective in relieving insomnia.
Chamomile tea has many other benefits, including its ability to ease stomach aches and gas pains and even improve digestion.
Another popular healing herb is Echinacea. Echinacea is known for helping to fight infections and boosting the immune system.
Echinacea is commonly taken internally and externally to fight infection, prevent viral diseases, and boost immunity. It is safe to use during pregnancy and lactation.
Echinacea also helps reduce muscle pain and inflammation. You can take echinacea orally or topically (as an ointment).
